Our Welbeck Apartments comprise two flats (one ground floor and one first floor) in a residential area of South Buxton. Both apartments have been recently refurbished and modernised to the latest standards, with new furniture and fittings. Enjoy England 'star' ratings have been applied for. Apartment 1 is a ground floor apartment with two bedrooms. It is self-contained, fully centrally heated and has parking for two cars. Apartment 2 is a first floor apartment. This also has two bedrooms, is fully centrally heated and has parking for two cars. Apartment 1 comprises one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, both of a good size and each being en-suite with both bath and shower facilities. This apartment contains a comfortable lounge complete with colour TV and DVD player, together with a well-appointed kitchen with full size cooker, fridge, microwave, etc. Apartment 2 comprises one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, both of a good size and sharing a bathroom with both bath and shower facility. This apartment contains a comfortable lounge complete with colour TV and DVD player, together with a spacious and well-appointed kitchen with full size cooker, fridge, microwave, etc. Both apartments are in a convenient location for all local facilities and are within easy walking distance of the town centre, Opera House and Pavilion Gardens (approximately 15 minutes walk).
