Devonshire Lodge Guest HouseTerms and ConditionsChecking In Check-In is from 3pm to 8pm. However, we would be grateful if you could provide us beforehand with an approximate time of arrival. Departure For the convenience of incoming guests we ask that rooms are vacated by 10.30am at the latest. No Smoking Please note that a 'No Smoking' policy applies throughout the property. Cancellation In the event of cancellation of a booking we will make every endeavour to re-let the accommodation. If the accommodation cannot be re-let then we reserve the right to charge the full cost of the cancelled booking less any deposit and breakfast. Please note that it may be worthwhile in some instances for guests to carry their own cancellation insurance. Deposits paid are not refundable but will be deducted upon final settlement. The above notes attempt to answer and clarify some frequently asked questions. Please do not hesitate to ask if you require any further information.
